Cannot acces any info about anything. Cannot get beyond the map! Waste of time and space.

The morning arrival times to Millennium Station are drastically incorrect. Please fix asap!

The schedules don’t display. Please fix. You can adjust train stations but no results show train times or schedules.

Real time delays nice add

I commute a couple times a week in the Metra and have been faithfully using this app for the last couple years. But after an update last month, it has stopped working. I reupdated this month and it doesn’t doesn’t work. I can sign in for a train that I’m taking and it will often forget and then tell me I can “follow” the train since it doesn’t think I’m on it (previously, even if I forgot to sign in before getting on the train, it would recognize I was on the train and let me check in anyway). Also, whether I am “checked in” or following”, the app will now just show me the map with my starting and ending point and my blue dot. It used to show ETA at Union Station or my home destination and ETAs at the next stops. If there is a way to do this in the new app, I can’t find it. Please help and make it useful like it used to be!

Why in the world would you remove the feature that shows realtime ETAs for trains???? Heavens knows Metra is constantly delayed. That was the only useful feature in the app. Now this app is no better than carrying around the train schedule pamphlet.

Not sure why some of these updates were done but it is no longer as user friendly or intuitive. Might want to revisit these changes.

Older version had far better information on train locations, delays & expected arrival times. This ‘update’ is a step backwards.

It doesn’t tell me if we are center boarding any more. But the app is unusable do to the color updates. The bright yellow on the mid-tone gray is unreadable. And the gray in general is just hard to look at

Have you seen your color scheme (northwest line). Can you please change station names color to something easier to read? I’m also constantly getting line status change notifications. How do I get to my favorites?

This app was pretty useful. Not the most accurate but pretty close and that is good enough. They recently updated the app and it’s terrible. Example, for whatever reason the are using the color yellow for some of the letter and info. You can’t see it at all, it’s completely washed out. Also, the app used to tell me what track the train will be on for stop. That is now gone and people are left to guess.

I am new to Metra and wanted information for street to exit from Union station and for trains leaving from Union station. The Ticket checkers at Union Station were very rude and not answering questions. It was disappointing to travel by such an expensive trains and not seeing courteous staff.

The times for the train are wildly inaccurate. I ran to my station bc the app said I had 10 min until the next train. I got there 3 min before this supposed departure and the train (with the same train ref number as the app) didn’t arrive for 50 minutes. This is garbage. Seriously, spare yourself and use metratracker in you browser

The experience was awesome

I’ve always found this app to be accurate as to when my train will be at the station. It’s easy to use which is a plus.

The app provided me the time the place the train everything I needed and it was right on time

UI is a bit dated but it does what it needs to do. Reliable. I don’t leave home without it.

App could use more automation with location settings.

Overall I find this app very useful in helping me with my commute. It’s right on the money. Just recommend getting the premium version.

With current delays due to track construction the app is not indicating the proper time for the pick up in Barrington.

The interface could be more polished - the Select a Route view looks incomplete at first glance - but I’m picking nits. Great app.

Unable to buy tickets

Works fine- still don’t understand the need for two apps, one for schedules and one for tickets, hopefully someone can combine these.

Real time location of trains rarely works. If this app is supposed to be linked to satellite information it doesn’t work reliably

New schedule updates do not seem to appear and it’s been a few weeks since they are in effect.

I find this app super easy to get the tango in train times I need. Thanks!

Metra released new schedules on Monday, April 3 with 25+- new trains. Nothing has been updated on the app yet. PLEASE update ASAP.
